picART's award-winning arts education program is designed to develop social and academic skills through the visual and performing arts. Our effective arts-based delinquency prevention program serves children ages 7 to 16 (Research shows that this is a critical age for juvenile delinquency prevention). We provide a protective environment filled with meaningful and fun activities and guidance, and provide youths with positive alternative outlets.

picArt is now a Endow San Diego Partner join us in creating a lasting endowment to provide free arts program for at risk youth in San Diego County.

picArt has just received a grant for the National Endowment for the Arts. Check back in May for more details.

The Nonprofit Partnership Program is a cooperative agreement only and limited to the Endow San Diego Program. No legal connection or inter-organization authority is granted or implied between participants in the program.
